Time Warner Cable chairman and CEO Glenn Britt threw his support behind updating the rules and regulations that govern communications services providers, but had a tepid response to the bill proposed earlier this week by Sen. Amtrak has been offering Wi-Fi on board some of their trains now for several years (you can see a full list here).
