British Telecom Sues Google Over Android – Claims Billions in Damages From Six Patent Violations
UK incumbent British Telecom has sued Google over the Android platform, claiming billions of dollars of damages due to infringement of a variety of patents. AT&T Cooking Up New Plan to Save T-Mobile Deal – Willing to Divest up to 40% of T-Mobile Assets
