Google Begins Engineering Phase in Kansas City
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – According to the Google fiber blog, detailed engineering has now started for the Google Fiber network in Kansas City (presumably Kansas City, Kan., although Google’s network will offer ultra-high-speed broadband in both Kansas Cities in 2012). The posting says that engineers are in the process of gathering the geographical information needed to build the network later this year.
