NEW YORK — Google and The Chelsea Improvement Company, a nonprofit neighborhood redevelopment corporation, have announced they have partnered to provide free public WiFi internet access in southwest Chelsea, which will provide free Internet access to hundreds of thousands of people each year. FCC Streamlines In-Flight Broadband Regulations – Claims Process Should Be Sped Up By 50%

The FCC has announced that the agency has formulated new rules they claim should help speed up the deployment of in-flight broadband.
